We approach every client, every interaction, with a simple series of questions.
1. Do we understand our client's business paradigm and work processes?
2. Do we understand the industry specific challenges they face, including regulatory and compliance issues?
3. Do we know where our clients are going, and can we explain the ways that our role is in service of their short and long term goals?
4. Do our clents understand the solutions we offer and how they will help them to succeed?
5. Have we followed a “Think, Plan, then Do” process with all clients/projects?
6. Are we staying responsive to clients, on a day-to-day basis as well as in the broader context of their future goals and requirements?
7. Are we providing a good value for our time?
8. Are we making an effort to remain receptive to the collective energy and intelligence of others?
9. Are we staying on the leading edge professionally, gaining knowledge and offering services that we are excited about and that add value for
our clients?
10. Are our customers actually delighted with the level of service we provide? If not, what can we do so they are?
We love what we do; it's FUN! But we never lose sight of the fact that technology isn't your job; it's a tool to make your job easier, so you can have more fun too. Wasn't that part of the reason you started your business in the first place?
